I advocate being as safe and prepared as possible on water outings. However no matter how prepared or well trained, tragedy can happen to anyone.

  • I didn't know Alicia got a married man. I thought she was dating a single guy. She's beautiful and talented and well traveled; it just seems she could have had her chance with so many unattached available men in which to find love and connection. Well, I guess she joins the rank of J.

  • Nicole JAX, This is a public forum and I have a right to post my opinions whether or not anyone such as yourself agrees. I have said the woman had an elegant day. She is not attractive but made herself very well groomed for her wedding day. I'm not stuck on looks.

  • Her fancy gown, hair and makeup professionally done plus the grand wedding surroundings really helped make Chelsea look better. She looks exactly like Hillary Clinton. It's kind of unfortunate she doesn't resemble her father who is more attractive. I won't call her an ugly woman.

  • I agree. This young lady needs to be given an opportunity to earn her BS/BA if she so chooses. There were 2 ladies in their 90s graduating this spring with BS/BA degrees. I think one was from Nebraska and she is planning to do her Masters!

  • It does seem like something more substantial should be done for this wonderful lady and her family than just an honorary degree at the age of nearly 80. It seems fair that her direct kids/grandkids should attend this university tuition free or at a reduced cost.

  • It was the First Lady herself who SUGGESTED Americans vacation and support the Gulf. The Obamas should LEAD by example. Tourism has been slow to return to the Gulf. If you've got a problem with my post then please complain to Michelle Obama for not committing to her own words.

  • I don't begrudge the Obamas going on vacation. However they should support the impoverished Gulf. He is POT "United States". The Gulf needs his attention and care right now. So what if Obama gets criticism for vacationing in the Gulf- it's never bothered him before.
